Jason Ricci & New Blood sound like a much, much better version of your college band. It’s almost like Blues Traveler, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy and O.A.R. slammed some tequila and had a 15-pound love child, decided they couldn’t keep it, and then placed it in a steel barrel and sent it down to the river to be raised by aging black blues kings and their families.
