From the stable of Eclecto / Delta Groove Records is in addition to Jason Ricci, Kid Ramos and Kirk Fletcher guitarist Ana Popovic. In most known for his appearances with Kim Wilson, among others, The Hollywood Blue Flames, Lynwood Slim and The Mannish Boys. It also shows Kirk Fletcher is highly estimated by his colleagues and would be asked to work on their albums.

After his remarkable debut CD "Shades of Blue" in 2004, he let us wait until 2010 for his album "My Turn".

And indeed it is his turn to do his own thing to the CD, after having collaborated on several CDs from musicians of Delta Groove Records, and of course Eclecto Groove Records. The result is an amazing CD with great guitar work, of course, but also richly varied styles.

Kirk has chosen styles he mastered to perfection and so are we rejoice with this funky and blues influences. You have to listen how he Sly Stones' "Let Me Have It All" interprets. But his performance of Jimi by Reed wrote: "Found Love" is worth seeing. More blues can hardly stop a song like this song. Surprisingly, this also that Kirk was first CD have been vocal arts exhibits. Of course you could say that there are better singers, but still ... this song gives them something extra.
Another notable song is dubbed as traditional is "Congo Square", a song in several versions on record is put through include: Duke Ellington, Sonny Landreth and Ty Garner.
But his best work may also have this varies from firm to work quite as drawn-out licks on the opening track "El Medio Stomp 'to work some more subdued but with extended guitar work like on" Blues for Antone. Because the emphasis is clearly the qualities of Kirk as a guitar player.

"My Turn" you do not simplistic and unstructured guitar solos against the rather technical but very well played guitar parts to high virtuosity border with expressionist outbursts sometimes. The latter found along the concluding song "End Continents' a composition by Kirk.

"My Turn" Kirk Fletcher examines the boundaries of the blues and occasionally exceeds the limits of the blues and byways looking for him in the funk, blues, experimental, or he mixed with the blues. Examples can be found in the ten strong tracks on this album. It's daring, but it very interesting to listen to.
