CD du trimestre pour plein de raisons que je vais m'empresser
de vous donnez! (Comme y sont contents les lecteurices).
La première c'est Finis Tasby et son extraordinaire
voix. Quel chanteur ce mec, c'est pas croyable, une
pureté, une profondeur et une richesse que j'en
frissonne rien que d'y penser. En plus, pour nous, fabuleux
linguistes que nous sommes, nous les Frenchies! Ben
on comprend tout ce qu'il dit tellement c'est clean,
t'as qu'a vouare!!! La deuxième c'est le guitariste
soliste, Kirk "Eli" Fletcher, là v'la
une pièce, totalement imprégné
du blues des années 50-60, formé auprès
des Al Blake, Kim Wilson et maintenant guitariste attitré
de Charlie Musselwhite, monsieur Fletcher est une pointure
et il réalise sur cet album une performance à
te coller le cul par terre pour un bon moment.
Tout en délicatesse, son jeu fin et racé
illumine la rondelle et lui donne un relief qui la place
au dessus du lot, ajoutez à cela une totale osmose
avec Finis Tasby que tu demandes comment qu'y font les
gars… La troisième, ben c'est les musiciens
qui composent le groupe, de la qualité comme
ça, on en fait plus ma p'tite dame, écoutez
moi ce Franck Goldwasser, l'assure pas l'rythme?
Et ce pianiste, ce Léon Blue, ne vous colle pas
“l'émouve"? Quand aux fondations,
c'est du solide, pas un poil de jeu et un confort royal,
de la belle ouvrage assurée par June Core (drums)
et James Weber (bass). Hé! T'en va pas! C'est
pas fini, y'a une quatrième raison avec une flopée
d'invités, qui sont comme qui dirait la cerise
sur le gâteau. Aux fils des titres se succèdent
Johnny Dyer, Paul Osher, Roy Gaines et la diva Mickey
Champion, mais il ne faut pas oublier l'initiateur de
cette "Great Réunion" Randy Chortkoff,
harmoniciste mais avant tout producteur de ce déferlement
de plaisir "Merci monsieur Chortkoff ". Une
pièce à posséder obligatoirement
pour tout amoureux de vrais blues, interprété
par la crème des vétérans du west
coat blues accoquinés avec de jeunes loups. Somptueux…

a performance on this album to glue together on you
the cul down for good instant.
Everything in refinement, its fine and distinguished
game illuminates the washer and gives him a relief
which puts it above the lot, add a complete osmosis
in it with Finis Tasby for that you ask how that the
guys make there The third, ben it is the musicians
who compose the group, quality just like that, they
make my HP' tite more rams, listen to me to this Franck
