Mike Zito’s new album, “Today”, is full of awesome guitar solos, good melodies and fun songs that make one want to dance in their seat. His voice is a somewhat raspy baritone, which is kind of sexy and works for the songs. The lyrics are honest and heartfelt, though some lines are cliché.

“Holding out for Love” has a little extra something with more kinds of percussion. “Blinded” and “No Big City” are upbeat and make one want to burst out singing the chorus and are definitely good for a karaoke night. All of the love songs are cute and would gain him many female fans and, dare I say it, even male fans.
